This is not a news spot.
It is a direct quote from the 10pm news.
When asked if it was going to get warmer the meteorologist stated "Someday - it will. But I would suggest that you two (meaning the 2 news anchors at the desk) keep your pants on."
To which the lady newscaster responded "I got them on today!"
Iowa news...definately interesting.
